Top quality red wine from the most important Croatian variety Plavac Mali from one of the best positions on the southern slopes of the Pelješac peninsula. procedure is the second protected wine in Croatia, and this wine is its best representative. A deep ruby ​​color with a purple sheen in which the power and greatness of this wine can already be sensed. Although under the influence of triple insolation, it has amazingly managed to retain fruitiness and playfulness. A little stronger alcohol with a discreet residual sugar also helps, which gives it a wonderful velvety taste. Aromatically it opens towards the red berry fruit (blueberry, raspberry), and its extractiveness and strong body leaves a long aftertaste that simply calls for another sip. Olive oil Mikulić

As one of the most widespread varieties in the world, the Oblica variety has excellently adapted to the Pelješac climate, and in the Mikulić olive groves it is additionally enriched with quality, freshness and the uniqueness of its properties. The oil is dark green in color, full of flavor, mild bitterness and spiciness. Depending on the time of harvest, Oblica oil can have a distinctly fresh, fruity aroma, but also a mild taste, sweetly rounded, without a more pronounced aroma. It goes well with light meals.

Extra virgin olive oil is created by cold pressing the best indigenous varieties. Olive oil is an inevitable ingredient in the offer of the Stari kapetan restaurant in Orebić and the Adriatic restaurant in Mokalo.
